Jacki is truly an amazing trainer who I’ve been working with for one year.
I’ve lost 40 lbs and 10% body fat with her guidance. She is kind, practical, hardworking, and incredibly motivating. She has the gift of being able to put you at ease about working out in a gym and using weights.
On days when I don’t feel like showing up, Jacki always knows how to encourage me and help me push through. She is also a great listener and offers thoughtful perspectives not only on fitness, but in life as well — a bit of a therapist if I say so myself!

She also gives practical, real-life tips on weight loss, nutrition, supplements, and suggestions for muscle recovery products for aches and pains, as well as modifications on movements while training. She is a wealth of knowledge.

Jacki is someone that practices what she preaches. I have a fair amount (++) of limitations and she is always so good about asking how I feel before we start, modifying to accommodate those issues plus keeps a sharp eye on my positioning etc to mitigate causing myself to aggravate those issues.
I always enjoy each training session with her, we chat when we can but not a determent to the workout. We get the work done completely & always in our allotted time.
